Shipping Information
We take as much care in shipping your orders as we do in making our delicious cookies and chocolates. We offer standard, 2-day and overnight delivery. Our chocolates are temperature sensitive, and, therefore, during the months of April through August require insulated packaging, ice packs and 2-day air shipment. All shipments depart our location on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so they will arrive before the weekend.
Addresses
Please double check that the shipping addresses for all gift recipients are complete with name, street number, apartment number and suite number where necessary. We are proud to guarantee our products, yet we cannot guarantee shipments lost or damaged due to inaccurate or out-of-date addresses. Incomplete and wrong addresses receive an additional UPS charge of $5.00.
Shipping costs (per recipient):
Our shipping charges are in addition to the product prices and are based on merchandise total (before tax) shipped per delivery address.
